Terms and Conditions for “Samsung Pay Smart Octopus Member-Get-Member Referral Programme” • This “Samsung Pay Smart Octopus Member-Get-Member Referral Programme” (this “Promotion”) is organised by Samsung Electronics Hong Kong Co.
