Microsoft Solitaire Collection And Store Will Not Open Jan 1, 2016 After upgrading Win 8.1 to Windows 10 with the assurance that it would be a seamless upgrade with no loss of apps, I now find that attempts to open the subject apps only produce a momentary Splash screen.
